You are still ban ? An Admin used the command !b , that's maybe because you was already kicked from the server .

Also this will get you banned or kick, not sure ... i guess depends on how persistent you are, as it happened for this person in our server, today, [he/she was warned]
btw, Aussie ... turnsout its the C key, and FreeCamera movement thing is just the part about floating around, but still cool and helpfull
